Yoga for the Rest of Us - Back Care Basics Review
I did this yoga dvd for the first time yesterday, and let me tell you....it's a goldmine!
This contains a majority of the exercises that my chiropractor prescribed to me during my bout with back pain. I only wish that some nice yoga/spa massage music was included in the background....but no big deal, I just play my own massage music cd in my boombox at the same time.
I am in my 40's and have arthritis flares from time to time. I am not in shape, but not totally out of shape either. I found that this dvd was not too easy and not too challenging.
